Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Workss. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Workss.

• You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information.

• Professionals must verify their identity with Aadhaar; by submitting Aadhaar, you consent to its verification as per Indian law.

• You are solely responsible for your account, content, and activities on the Platform.

• You must not post false jobs, fake profiles, offensive content, illegal material, or fraudulent information.

• You must not use Workss for harassment, scams, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.

• If you upload personal data (phone number, address, Aadhaar, photos), you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

Employers may contact professionals via phone; professionals may contact employers only if allowed.

All communications, calls, chats, and groups are user-to-user interactions.

Workss does not monitor or record phone calls.

We are not responsible for agreements, contracts, frauds, disputes, or any harm caused through communication.

Users may upload profile pictures, work photos, and personal photos.

Users may also post in groups (public or private).

You must not upload obscene, pornographic, violent, or offensive content.

Workss has the right to remove any content that violates policies or laws.

You agree not to:

Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
Post discriminatory, abusive, or defamatory content.
Share another person's Aadhaar, phone number, or address without consent.
Use the Platform for illegal employment practices, trafficking, or exploitation.
Hack, misuse, or attempt to disrupt Workss systems.

Workss is a software platform only.

We do not guarantee jobs, candidates, or contracts.

We do not verify or endorse user content, profiles, calls, or communications beyond Aadhaar verification.

Workss holds no responsibility for user-posted content, illegal activity, financial loss, fraud, or disputes between users.

Users are fully liable for their actions.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

Illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement.

Users may delete their account anytime.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Workss is not liable for:

Any damages, losses, or harm caused by user actions.
Any unauthorized use of your Aadhaar, phone number, or address shared voluntarily.
Any offline interactions, calls, or meetings arranged through Workss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysore, India.
